01How much does a website cost?
A one-page site starts at €400 and a typical multi-page business site is around €800. Larger custom builds start at €3,000. You get a fixed quote before any work begins, and the number doesn't move unless you change the scope.
02How long will it take?
Two to four weeks is typical from the point I have your content. The bottleneck is almost always text and photographs from your side, not the build itself.
03What will you build it on?
Whatever fits the job. WordPress is the right answer when you want to edit the site yourself and it needs room to grow. For a brochure site, a hand-built static site is faster and cheaper to run; sourcecode.es is built that way. If the site has to do something, not just say something, I build that from scratch. You get told which one suits you and why, not whatever is easiest for me.
04Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes, and I'll keep the URLs that are already earning you traffic. Changing page addresses during a redesign is the most common way businesses lose their Google rankings, and it's entirely avoidable.
05Who hosts it?
Whoever you like. I can host it, move it to a host you choose, or leave it where it is. The account stays in your name and you can leave at any point without asking my permission.
