A full look at the current state: versions, vulnerabilities, backups, speed and anything already broken. You get the findings in plain English.
Stabilise
Fix what's already wrong before starting a routine on top of it. No point maintaining a site that's already broken.
Maintain
The monthly routine: updates, checks, backups, monitoring, housekeeping. The site gets verified afterwards, not assumed fine.
Support
When you need something changed or something goes wrong, you message me directly and get a person, not a queue.

01What does a care plan cost?
Plans start at €65 a month. The price depends on the platform and the size of the site. A brochure site and a busy online shop are very different amounts of work.
02Am I tied in?
No. No contract, no exit fee. If you want to stop, you stop, and the site and all its access stay with you.
03Will you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes, most of the ones I look after are. It starts with a baseline check so we both know what state it's in before I take responsibility for it.
04What if the site goes down at 2am?
Monitoring alerts me as well as you. Whether I fix it at 2am depends on what it is and what your plan covers, but you won't be the one discovering it in the morning.
05Does this include changes to the site?
Small changes are usually absorbed. Anything substantial gets quoted separately at €50 an hour, so you're never surprised by a bill.
