A web developer who speaks your language, for a business in Spain
You moved here and built a business. Your website shouldn't need a translator, a lawyer and three phone calls to get right. I'm a British developer based in Calpe: everything happens in English, your customers get pages in their own languages, and I'll tell you plainly what the Spanish rules expect of your site.
I usually reply the same day.
Why it's different here
Built for running a business on the Costa Blanca
Everything in English, start to finish
I'm British. You explain the business in your own words, read the quote in English and get answers in English, with no translation layer and nothing lost in the brief.
Customers in every language they search in
On this coast your customers might be Spanish, British, Dutch, German or Scandinavian. Each language gets its own pages, not an auto-translate plugin that search engines treat as thin.
The Spanish legal basics, checked
A business website in Spain is expected to have an Aviso Legal, a privacy policy and cookie consent before tracking. I'll tell you plainly which of those your site has and which it's missing.
Invoiced properly from Spain
Invoices come from a Spanish-registered business, in euros. Prices exclude IVA, and whether it's added depends on where your business is based.
Somebody who answers
WhatsApp, email or a call, whichever you already use. No ticket system and no account manager in the middle; you talk to the person who builds the site.
A site you own and can edit
Every login in your name, and the things you change often, like wording, prices and opening hours, set up so you can edit them yourself.

What clients say about working with Wayne
All 7 reviews on Trustpilot are five stars, and every one is verified.
After a series of bad experiences with other web developers, working with Wayne was a breath of fresh air. He is very responsive and completes work to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend SourceCode to anyone.
Wayne is my go-to developer. He is a genius with coding and everything technical. He will always find a way to make everything work seamlessly, no matter how complicated the request. We have worked together on multiple projects over the years.
Wayne built new websites for me after my old ones had been compromised, and worked around my budget. He was always available to take my calls, and the after-sales support has been incredible.

Questions from expat business owners
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. You will get a straight answer, including when the answer is no.
5 questions
01I don't speak much Spanish. Is that a problem?
Not with me. Everything runs in English: the brief, the quote, the build and the support afterwards. If your customers are Spanish-speaking, the site can have Spanish pages too; that's a question of who you sell to, not of how we work.
02Does my website legally need an Aviso Legal?
A business website in Spain is generally expected to show an Aviso Legal with the owner's details, plus a privacy policy and cookie consent before any tracking. The free health check looks for all three. Have your gestor confirm what applies to your business.
03Which languages should my site be in?
Whichever ones your customers actually search in. Often that's English and Spanish; in some towns Dutch, German or a Scandinavian language brings in more. Each language gets its own pages, so each search lands on the right one.
04What does it cost?
A one-page site starts from €400 and a typical multi-page business site from €800. A second language is €200 on top. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, and prices exclude IVA.
05My current site was built by someone who's gone. Can you take it over?
Yes. That's a large part of my work. I take over sites I didn't build, get the logins and the domain into your name, and either repair what's there or move you onto something you own outright.

Tell me what you need, in English.
A few lines about the business and what the site has to do is enough. I'll tell you what I'd build and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
I reply to every message myself, usually the same day.
